PAYMENT POLICY

 * December Bookings: 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
with the balance due two months before arrival.
* Long Weekends: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
* All other bookings: 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the
balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
* If your booking arrival date is within 14 days, full payment is
required

Log cabins:

WE DO REQUIRE AN INPRINT OF YOUR CREDIT/CHEQUE CARD DETAILS ON ARRIVAL.

IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES OR IT IS LEFT IN AN UNSATISFACTORY STATE OF CLEANLINESS CERTAIN CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED TWO DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE.

Deposit:

50% Deposit required for all Log Cabin bookings

Children 2 to 17 years.

 

Important:

Arrival time: 2pm

Departure time: 10:30 am (unless prior arrangements have been made)

All log cabins are fully equipped, including bath towels (bring your own
beach towels). It is also advisable that you bring your binoculars with you.

The log cabins will be serviced daily between 9 am & 12pm – floor, bathroom
cleaning, bed making & breakfast dishes only.

Additional dishes are not included, and you are required to request
additional services should you like them sorted out for you.

 

NO PETS ALLOWED

Cancellation Policy

* More then two months from anticipated dat of arrival, there will be no
cancellation fee. However 10% of the deposit will be retained as a handling
fee.

* Between 2 months and 1 month prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit
will be charged as a cancellation fee.

* Between 1 month and the due date of arrival, there will be no refund of
the deposit.

 

All of the above will be at the management’s discretion, but will not exceed
the listed penalties.

 

There will be no refunds for early departure or late arrival.

Accounts are payable with 24 hours of arrival.

 

Minimum booking requirements during high seasons

Long weekends : between 3 – 5 nights (subject to public holidays and
managements discretion)

Over Christmas: 14 nights (to depart before New Year)

Over New Year: 10 nights (to arrive after Christmas)

Over Both Christmas and New Year: 21 nights

Please note booking circumstances may change closer to the time so please be
sure to contact us regardless.
