Additional Information about the Caravan Hire / Rentals :
The caravan can sleep 4 ppl inside,(2 double beds) and then there is the option of putting up the adder room on the tent.
They are fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, microwave, fridge, freezer, extension, lights, gas stove & braai etc.
If you would like a skottel, please bring along your own.
All you would need to bring is your bedding (sheets, duvets & pillows), beach and bath towels as well as washup cloths & dish liquid.
Please note the Hire Vans are not serviced during your stay.

PAYMENT POLICY
* December Bookings: 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
with the balance due two months before arrival.
* Long Weekends: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
* All other bookings: 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the
balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
* If your booking arrival date is within 14 days, full payment is
required

Log cabins:
WE DO REQUIRE AN INPRINT OF YOUR CREDIT/CHEQUE CARD DETAILS ON ARRIVAL.
IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES OR IT IS LEFT IN AN UNSATISFACTORY STATE OF CLEANLINESS CERTAIN CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED TWO DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE.

Additional Information about the Caravan Hire / Rentals :
Please note the Hire Vans are not serviced during your stay.
STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED.
A caravan will be set up on site ready and waiting for you, including lights, tables and chairs.
The caravan is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery etc. There is a microwave, fridge/Freezer, toaster and kettle. Please enquire for a full inventory list.
There are mattress protectors on the beds, All you need to bring is your bedding (sheet, duvet, pillows), Towels, washing up and drying cloths.
Please do not allow the children to jump on the beds.
The caravans sleep max 2 adults and 4 children (2 caravan sized double beds on the inside, and an add on room with 2 single stretchers – no more than 2 adults per van)
Please do not cook in the caravan. There is a gas cooker outside for this purpose. A braai is also provided for this use.
As we do not get to use our caravans on a regular basis we understand there will be little things wrong that we would not notice unless we were staying in the caravan. We ask that you please let us know if you find anything that needs attention so we can sort it out immediately and keep up the great standard of our caravans.
To maintain the caravans as well as possible we also try not to take down and move them too much. For this reason, the caravans are not specifiable – we will set up whichever one is available for hire at the time.
