It is our responsibility to take every precautionary measure to make sure our guests and staff remain safe at the resort. We will be screening all guests during the booking process to ensure the most strict safety measures.

1. Have you entered South Africa from any other country after 14th of February 2020?

  If yes, we require proof of:

1. A letter stating that you are negative of COVID19
2. Proof of where you travelled since February 14th
3. Please send a copy or photo of your passport photo page
4. Please send a copy or photo of the passport stamp of arrival from the airport/visa stamp

Warning

If you have any ​​(not all) of the following symptoms, we are unable to accommodate you for the safety of everyone at the resort. We then recommend you quarantine yourself exactly where you are and follow the protocols.

Symptoms:

1. Fever
2. Flu or Cold like symptoms
3. Coughing
4. Sneezing
5. Sore throat
6. Diarrhea combined with fever

No Walk Ins

At this time we are no longer to accept walk-in or call-ahead customers. All bookings must be made over email first and follow the above protocols before confirming any reservation.

During your Stay

We would like to reassure you that we have briefed our staff on hygiene and safety measures at the resort. It is imperative that guests and staff all take thorough hygiene measures while at the resort and that Housekeeping Services will be limited. All guests and staff must do their own dishes, make their own beds, wash their hands thoroughly with soap and hot water for 20 seconds after the loo, after meals, after touching their face and as much as possible throughout the day. We have provided hand sanitiser throughout the rooms, ablutions and public areas, but hand washing often is always the best form of protection.

We are very sorry to have to do something like this but safety must always be top priority during these trying times.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
